    • Remaining properties on CloudBeds — no integration barrier for guest apps.
    • Set up internal team for future hotel migrations. 
    • Start with these two; budget already ready.

    Automation Projects - Aleix

    • First two automation completed (Portuguese INE visitors register, Bookig.com scrapping); dashboard phase pending.
    • Booking.com scraping dashboard in progress (Pedro), Airbnb demo to follow once dashboard is ready.
    • Coordination with Ittai for demo setup.
    • Address Aleix’s collaboration on Mirai automation (data extraction and workflow connection). 

    NetSuite Integrations

    • Contacted oracle for hands on and functional support
    • Integration map to be shared with NetSuite team for inclusion in their functional analysis by country.

    Almina Restaurant Projects

    • CCTV camera issue being resolved today. 
    • Advancing Prometheus monitoring setup.
    • Voice AI POC with José Manuel (~€800 + VAT).
    • Same model to be replicated for WhatsApp and Voice AI across all restaurants.

    Duke network & IOT

    • Tech team supporting José Luis this week as main focus. 

    Conduit POC

    • Internal POC next week with Carlos & Tech team as potential Aloware replacement.
    • External POC to follow at a low-volume site with Customer Care.

    Communication & AI Projects Recap

    • DIY @Almina (F&B): n8n automation with José Manuel.
    • Duve: Apartments in Madrid + Sinaia. Kick off for Thursday the 30th.
    • Canary: Duke, Robson, and potentially Eurowest.
    • Conduit: Alternative for Customer Care across multiple sites.
      → POC results will define the global rollout model (fragmented vs unified).

    Captive Wi-Fi (Purple POC)

    • POC ready and validated with Purple.
    • Marketing team needs to define the content and KPI.
    • Splash screen locations confirmed for initial deployment.
    • Meeting scheduled with Purple to align with Marketing and move forward with activation.

    • Google Workspace consolidation for Sinaia and Romania ready — offer received and to be shared for feedback and validation.

    • First milestone reached with Cibersecurity partner. Friday meeting to recap

    • Coordinate with marketing related to Mirai integration:

    • Budget with disccount to 20 euros per camera
    • Weboccult is giving support to find an edge computing device fair price or second hand 
    • Operational use cases than can be integrated in Duke or Robson

    Revo POS + TSpoon POC

    • Revo onsite POC successfully completed; results documented in shared Excel.
    • Pending from Revo: cybersecurity answers in SLA, documentation delivery, and final integration plan (Opera confirmed, NetSuite pending).
    • TSPoon POC scheduled for Friday in BCN office — full-day session.
      • Functional: F&B team to prepare workflows and testing scenarios.
      • Technical: validate performance, API sync, and offline mode.
      • Finance: Unai to test purchasing & approval flow (NetSuite–TSPoon).
    • Next week: joint review meeting (Tech, Product & F&B) to summarize POC results and recommendations for management.
