Your role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Launch & Quality – Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the successful opening of new hotel properties and support the continuous improvement of operational excellence across our portfolio. You’ll work closely with multiple departments to ensure every launch delivers a consistent brand experience and meets our hospitality service standards. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of impactful projects, gain hands-on experience in hotel operations, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic and expanding company.
- Support the full project lifecycle of new hotel openings, from planning to post-launch stabilization, by preparing and maintaining timelines, checklists, and coordinating with internal teams (Housekeeping, Front Office, Maintenance, F&B, HR) and external partners.
- Participate in on-site visits to oversee the implementation of operational and brand standards.
- Assist in the implementation and review of SOPs and brand guidelines across all properties; lead quality audits and service assessments in collaboration with department heads.
- Monitor guest feedback (online reviews, in-stay surveys) to identify trends, recommend improvements, and ensure service teams are trained and aligned with standards.
- Create, maintain, and update operational manuals, SOPs, training materials, and launch toolkits; standardize procedures while allowing local adaptation.
- Support the development of scalable processes to drive operational efficiency and consistency across locations.
- Track KPIs related to service quality, launch performance, and readiness; contribute to reporting and analysis for leadership reviews and audits.
- Research and suggest new tools, systems, or practices to improve guest experience and operational excellence; collaborate across teams to pilot and implement new initiatives.
What do you bring to your trip
- 2–4 years in hotel operations, project management, or quality control. Pre-opening or brand compliance experience is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Passion for quality, continuous improvement, and a sharp eye for detail.
- Clear and confident communicator, fluent in English (other languages are a bonus).

- Recording and control of accounting operations: Management of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and oversight of invoices (issued and received) to ensure proper accounting of all financial transactions.

Your role
We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Hospitality Creative Designer with a deep passion for Food & Beverage (F&B) and lifestyle hospitality brands to join our corporate team in Barcelona.
This is not your typical graphic design role. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping the visual identity and storytelling across our restaurants, bars, hotels, and serviced apartments, ensuring every guest touchpoint embodies our distinctive hospitality DNA.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, branding, F&B and operational teams to bring our diverse brands to life through eye-catching graphics, creative campaigns, and engaging content, both online and offline.

- Lead Visual Branding: Develop and maintain comprehensive brand voice guidelines, covering both conceptual and executional aspects across all F&B outlets and other hospitality assets. This includes logos, color palettes, menu suites, signage, packaging, uniforms, and more.

We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate F&B Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be mainly responsible for ensuring excellent service, reporting directly to the Hotel Operations Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.
Some of the requirements for this role are:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a 4-star hotel restaurant, with a strong focus on à la carte service.
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and coordination of services for events or group bookings.
- Strong guest service orientation and the ability to anticipate guest needs, especially during high-demand breakfast periods.
- Effective leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of hygiene regulations and food handling procedures applicable to the hospitality industry.
- Flexible availability and ability to adapt to peak activity times across different outlets.
What do we need you to bring on this trip?
- Supervise and ensure excellent service during breakfast and à la carte meal periods in the main restaurant, delivering a personalized and high-quality guest experience.
- Manage and coordinate all food and beverage outlets (restaurant, bar, room service, minibars, events), optimizing resources and ensuring high operational standards.
- Handle ordering and inventory of beverages, breakfast supplies, and key products, ensuring daily availability and preventing stock outs.
- Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team to coordinate breakfast and à la carte menus, adapting to dietary requirements and special guest requests.
- Ensure flawless setups for breakfast service, including buffets (if applicable), coffee stations, and self-service areas.
- Plan and supervise the setup of events and banquets, ensuring every detail meets hotel standards in both quality and presentation.
- Lead and motivate the F&B team across all shifts, with a special focus on morning operations, ensuring smooth communication between kitchen, service, and front desk.
- Oversee compliance with hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards across all F&B areas.
- Proactively handle and resolve guest complaints or service issues, always striving for excellence and continuous improvement.
- Train and coach staff on service protocols, customer care, and product knowledge (including menus and allergens).
- Analyze and propose improvements in F&B operations, staying updated on industry trends and guest expectations.
